All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the store tags still attached. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned at the customer's expense.
All items marked final sale are not eligible for return, exchange or on-line credit. Discount codes are not accepted on sale items
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in your email photo of the item and the issue as well as your order number. We will be sure to take care of you
Exchanges - Lydia’s World is not able to offer credits or exchanges. If you need a different size and want to exchange an item for another size… it’s best to send back the wrong size and re-order the correct size. Once we receive the return, we will refund your same credit card used for the purchase.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Call or email us at 805 550-1182 or email@example.com with the reason for your return. Once your reason for return is accepted, you will be emailed a complimentary return label. Refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
