  • All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the store tags still attached. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned at the customer's expense.  Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  Just input your email & order number in our form for approval.  We will then approve and send you a free return label to attach to you order to ship back to us.
  • All  items marked final sale are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.  Discount codes are not accepted on sale items
  • To start a return - scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on submit return. 
  • If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact lydiasworld@gmail.com. Please include in your email photo of the item and the issue as well as your order number.  We will be sure to take care of you!
  • Exchanges - Lydia’s World is not able to offer credits or exchanges. If you need a different size and want to exchange an item for another size… it’s best to send back the wrong size and re-order the correct size. Once we receive the return we will refund your same credit card used for the purchase. Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise customers will receive a refund to the original purchaser's credit card. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
