Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Lydia’s World Boutique purchase, please call or email us within 7 days of receiving your order at (805) 550-1182 or lydiasworld@gmail.com with the reason for the return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges, but items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in the boutique if accompanied by the original packing receipt.

Exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to the customer.

Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise customers will receive a refund to the original purchaser's credit card. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Lydia’s World Boutique.

All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the store tags still attached. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer.

Items marked ON SALE are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Out-of-Stock Items & Special Orders

While we attempt to keep our site as current as possible, occasionally items may be out-of-stock. If an item you have ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you by e-mail or phone.

If you are interested in an item that is out-of-stock in your preferred size/color, please e-mail or call us at (805) 550-1182 and we will let you know if the item will be restocked or if it is available for special order.

Pre-Orders on line

Pre-orders will be charged in full at the time of sale on line. Lydia's World Boutique will call or email with the approximate date your item will be shipped to you.
